My personal favorite is #15 “Midweek slump? Not when you’re dedicated to your workout routine.” – before working out consistently, I would always feel a bit down on Wednesdays. Already spent a few days working, and not so close to the weekend yet. But following a consistent workout routine really helped me keep the energy going!
